This region is currently in the grips of a severe drought. Please be aware that certain properties are required to comply with local water usage restrictions.

Bookings / Cancellations

  1. A holding deposit will be required when making your reservation.
  2. Proof of full payment must be submitted prior to arrival.
  3. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

  1. Children of any age are welcome.
  2. Children under 10 years of age pay ½ price.
  3. Please inform us of any children under 4 years of age prior to arrival that may need a cot, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Check In / Out Times

  1. Advance notification of arrival time is required.
  2. Photo identification will be required upon arrival.
  3. A R2500 CASH damage deposit is required on arrival.
  4. On the morning of your departure, your deposit will be returned to you after an inspection of the property, minus the cost of any damages caused.

  1. No hen, stag or similar parties.
  2. Quite hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.

  1. When leaving the house at any time unoccupied please lock the doors.
  2. Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits, dirty clothing or with food or drinks.
  3. Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house.
  4. Use coasters when placing drinks on tables.
  5. No Bath towels and cushions to be removed from rooms.
  6. No fish may be cleaned on the premises. 
  7. If you break anything, please inform us and settle the cost of replacement with us. 
  8. Check to make sure that the inventory is correct and declare any discrepancies when you arrive. Recheck when you leave and report any discrepancies.
  9. Some of the closets/rooms may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these closets/rooms and do not attempt to open them as it will amount to theft or attempted theft.
  10. Occupancy at anytime, for any reason is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your reservation.
  11. Vehicles must be parked on the reserved areas. No oil leaking vehicles may be parked on the premises. A maximum of One vehicle is allowed on the premises.
  12. Washing of vehicles and or equipment on the premises is prohibited.
  13. Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbors.
  14. Do not move furniture around in the premises and do not take them outside. The white plastic table and chairs, black plastic chairs you may take out in front or back of house.
  15. Make fires only in places provided and please assist in conserving nature.
  16. Upon departure please make sure that the premises is generally tidy and all dishes are done, packed away, as same is not included in the responsibilities of the cleaning company.
  17. Check the terms and conditions of your reservation and comply with same.
  18. Owner/Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, or any accidents, loss of life or serious injuries that may occur wile visiting SeaDenView.
  19. The following services are available at a fee, upon request: Laundry, House Cleaning, Ironing, etc.
